After decades consulting to software and education industries while rationalizing and strategizing life. I came to the awakening that it is not a matter of how messy the world is that defines our life but what we do in our lifetime to make it a better place.
Based on the challenge to develop a new wed education framework we have found ourselves in an international community of educators, country developers and technologists that see the need to move from the old colonial dictatorial ways of training into the empowerment of collaborative web education. Now we are now launching an NGO to build Community Learning Centers in US Slums and African war zone.
Sometimes people ask me what drives me. I have watched muslim women in full garb stand befor a church of 4,000 cheering them on at graduation. Gang leaders read there first letter to the children in english with tears rolling down there face. The ones schools reject acing GEDs then heading for a Masters in fine universities. Zambian village leader running meeting with Roberts Rules of Order. Kenyan slums build a magnificent school. The impossible made possible has been placed before me so many times that I simply no excuse to be in those intellectual discussions with my gin and tonic accomplishing absolutely nothing of any value by the end of the night.

1/3 of my time is invested in the business of helping education and learning companies improve their business in order to transfor children and adult learners into loving and productive citizens. We provide strategic, marketing, web social community and learning content development services.
1/3 third of my life is in Not for Profit work that fights back the darkness of poverty by transforming one person at time into loving productive people that will in turn change others for the better. We are forming a not for profit called the Chrysalis Campaign to build Community Learning Center on collaborative learning platforms.
I also tell the story of others doing Godly work and showing the images of that work in books and photographic galleries.
The last third (and no less important) of my time is with my family six children being the best father and husband I possible can.
